However, product packaging, bottle design, labeling, ingredient information, formulation, color, batch code placement, and other details may occasionally change because of manufacturer updates or product reformulations. These changes do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective or inauthentic.

Colors and product appearance may also vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and manufacturing variations.

Fragrance performance, scent development, projection, and longevity may vary depending on skin chemistry, weather, storage, application, batch differences, and individual perception. Product descriptions and fragrance notes are provided for general informational purposes and do not guarantee that every customer will experience a fragrance in the same way.

AUTHENTICITY AND THIRD-PARTY BRANDS

Scent Land offers products from various fragrance, beauty, and personal-care brands. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Scent Land does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, product images, or other intellectual property belonging to manufacturers and brand owners.

References to third-party brands are made only to identify the products offered for sale.

Scent Land is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by any manufacturer or brand unless such a relationship is expressly stated on the website.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices displayed on the website are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the product or guarantee its price.

Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other applicable fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout when applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, availability, or promotional errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you for instructions, correct the order with your approval, or cancel the affected order and issue a refund for the amount paid.

ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation does not mean that an order has been finally accepted or shipped. It confirms only that we have received your order request.

Scent Land reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

PAYMENT

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Scent Land and its payment-service providers to charge the total amount shown during checkout.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Scent Land does not directly control the security practices, availability, or policies of those independent providers.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect customer information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by order processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, security screening, or other circumstances outside Scent Land’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Customers should review tracking information and contact us promptly if a package appears delayed, damaged, missing, or delivered to an incorrect location.

Scent Land is not responsible for delays caused solely by the shipping carrier or for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will reasonably assist customers with available carrier claims or investigations.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable for packages that are refused, unclaimed, returned because of an incorrect address, or otherwise undeliverable for reasons not caused by Scent Land.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is important to Scent Land. Eligible products may be requested for return or exchange within seven days of the confirmed delivery date, unless a different period is stated on the product page or in a separate written policy.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be submitted within seven days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The product must include its original packaging, wrapping, accessories, promotional items, and labels.

  • Proof of purchase or the Scent Land order number must be provided.

  • The return must be approved before it is shipped or delivered to the store.

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened, sprayed, tested, used, altered, or damaged fragrance and personal-care products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the product arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Clearance, final-sale, personalized, special-order, and promotional products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the return is required because Scent Land shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

Original shipping charges and optional expedited-shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error made by Scent Land.

Customers should not send a return without first contacting Scent Land. Packages sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery.

Claims involving missing, damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within seven days of delivery. We may request photographs or videos of:

  • The product.

  • The packaging.

  • The shipping label.

  • The damage or issue.

  • The product batch or barcode information.

Customers should retain the product and all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

When a claim is approved, Scent Land may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Scent Land is not responsible for delays caused by a financial institution after a refund has been submitted.

Any applicable deductions, including non-refundable shipping costs or charges related to a product returned in an ineligible condition, will be explained before the refund is finalized.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale purchases, business-to-business orders, bulk quantities, and specially negotiated transactions may be subject to separate written terms, pricing, minimum-order requirements, payment conditions, shipping arrangements, and return restrictions.

When separate wholesale terms have been agreed upon, those terms will control in the event of a conflict with these general Terms and Conditions.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, coupons, discount codes, free gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined.

  • Discounts have no cash value.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
